  Our family has been burned by Unibank in the past, but that was the mortgage department in the Whitinsville office. I'll admit that I struggle to initiate contact with Unibank in a nice manner. However, each time I've interacted with this branch, I've had a good experience. They're very accommodating, and always pleasant. My only suggestion is to move the ATM outside, add many people don't realize you can use your card to go in and use it when they're closed.

  There's one guy who works there who, every time I've been to the Shrewsbury branch, has incredibly helpful and friendly. Like the Worcester branch (but unlike some of the others), they have a coin machine and snacks, but there's also an ITM, which is a neat machine.

  I'm a new client at this branch and I am so glad I opened an account here! The staff greets me by name upon coming in and continually goes above and beyond to ensure I have a pleasant experience every time I walk in the door! Outstanding customer service!

  I been saving in unibank almost five years now shrewsbury ma location and Worcester ma location I been there for several times their customer service is amazing their professionalism is on point this people Ken in shrewsbury and Vee in Worcester location if you want Business account or personal account go see them they will take good care you.

  It's about time there comes a bank that actually cares about the customer...and they are open until 7pm nightly. I'm SOLD on that alone
