Katrina is branch manager of the Sutton Unibank and Allison is staff. Both of them are super nice and polite. I have known Katrina for about 2 years. I have heard nothing but great reviews about their branch and their customer service is wonderful. I do not use Unibank due to the distance but I have often had to obtain payoff so mortgages for real estate closing and I have always contacted Katrina and given the requested information. While this is not her position he goes out of her way to get it to the correct person and given me the payoff within the tie frame I need. She has even been able to provide discharge of mortgages on old payoff (which generally takes weeks to obtain) at other banks. Their responses are always timely and I love dealing with them.

ONLY THIS BRANCH!! I want to be real clear here this branch is absolutely amazing everyone is so sweet and helpful. Whittinsville branch is unhelpful and rude go to the sutton branch or Douglas they are nice too.
