  very disappointment with the server. I spoke to Jajisa on May 2021 and she explained me everything so professional but i think that was all scripted that she has ready to read for customer to impress. Its Feb 2022 and i am still wasting my monthly subscription for no reason. No Followup from her. Every month they send one auto generated email about accounts update but there is no plan to discuss. Waited 8 months and now cancelled my account with them.

  Zohaib so sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with your service. You have a complex case and it takes time which I explained at enrollment. Some cases take longer than others.   I'm so grateful, I sign up with UCR and now I'm getting my dream home after working with Jajisa for two months. I did not have much on my CR but she was so nice and understand. It was very easy to work with her and I was very open and honest with her about my needs. Pointers make sure you give her all she needs to start your file, So she can do her best work! I LOVE UCR Move in date Aug 31! USE this company!!

  In 2013 my daughter was involved in a very bad accident. Medical bills began flooding in & I got completely lost in trying to get them all paid . My credit began to suffer, and I didn’t know where to begin . I would make payment arrangements with a collection company and the account would be sold to another company while I was in the process of my payments . There was always a disagreement in amount due. It became a big stressor. I have been interested in credit repair for a while now and so pleased with Undisputed Credit Repair ,LLC. Jisa is so nice and makes the process very easy . As far as results , in the first month , four medical bills disputed and removed from my credit report . That’s what I consider , GREAT work!   I cannot say enough good things about Undisputed Credit Repair. I just happened to come upon this company through a Google search and was a bit apprehensive because I had already used one company that was run like an automated machine. It was a very cold company and not very client centered. I reached out to someone I knew who was familiar with credit repair but could never seem to get in contact with them. So that's when I decided to do a Google search and found Jajisa with Undisputed. I have full faith that it was truly God leading me to her. From the very first telephone conversation Jajisa was very warm and knowledgeable. She was willing to explain everything to me, which I found refreshing. In a world where everyone is out to keep all the knowledge to themselves while taking your money so you never learn for yourself, I found Jajisa's approach a welcome surprise. I know that I am a more informed consumer now because of her. We have been working together for a few months to achieve a desired goal. If I called or texted she made herself available. And believe me I called and texted a lot. She never seemed annoyed or frustrated, just patient and confident in her process. She was reassuring, which is something that is needed for someone trying to improve their credit. She made me feel at ease, not because she said all the right things, but because she said all the right things and was able to back up what she said with proven experience and results. It did not take me long to realize that Jajisa is the best at what she does. I do not say that lightly. She is the best because she truly cares and in my estimation is an expert. It is evident that she loves what she does. Her rates are based on the results she gets and that is also an added bonus, because many will charge a flat monthly rate regardless of results.....Jajisa was able to raise my credit score to where it needed to be for what I was trying to achieve and the only thing I was disappointed about was that I had not found her sooner. I am going to continue to work with Jajisa even though she has allowed me to obtain what I needed to obtain. I cannot pass up the opportunity to continue to work with her to improve my results even further. She is just that good. So if you have any hesitation after reading this review, please don't.
