  This was my first coming here and I was truly pleased with the service. When it got busy one of the tellers called my husband and I to her desk to help us. Shanquita was very friendly to me, great personality very helpful. We will definitely come back to this location.

  I would not recommend Navy Federal to any small business owners or potential owners. I cannot speak on their personal finance policies. You are unable to walk into the branch to set up a business account or discuss business finances all of that is done over the phone. You also have to fill out a pre application to start a business account, completely understandable, however after you complete the application it states they will follow up with you in 2-3 business days. They do not. After 7 days with no follow up from them I decided to call in and check on the status of my application to which they stated to me “oh we expect members to call us to finish processing the application over the phone.” This is an issue for me because why wasn’t that clearly communicated at the end of the application? Time is Money especially in business and I could’ve saved myself time if I had know the proper next steps after filling out the application. These two things are major strikes in my opinion and was enough for me to not move forward with them on a business account. I would never recommend them for a business account.

  There is no way to get service until 9am on credit card or debit card issues. you cant increase limits which may be necessary. You cant go on line and make a request and the live chat is worthless because it just answer basic question and the agent have no way to access your account. This is for your UX/Ui designers as a user this is a reason for me not to even use the online service for anything but to look up my account information. I am extremely dissatisfied as a user who surely falls in the category of needing actual assistance and directed away from a phone call to faster service on the mobile app or online because all of the member service representative is busy. That fact is not true but if corrected would greatly improve user satisfaction.

  I always have a pleasant experience at this location. The lines move quick even when I see people waiting out side, it's because they don't want it so packed on side. Great customer service as well

  EXTREMELY SLOW. They have no sense of urgency either. I have no clue why they even have this branch because they direct everyone to do stuff online. Some of the associates are super nice, but not all of them, but for those that try and please, here’s your two stars. Branch banking is becoming obsolete and I see why.

  Please don't bank with these people!! Go to another credit union who is trusted. All of the Navy Federal Credit Union are no one to be trusted. Especially the dispute department. The dispute department will not be on your side even if its not your fault. They will give you the amount of the item that you are disputing back into your account. Once they made a long long decision after you made a purchase that wasn't your fault on the company that you are disputing. They will believe the other company side and will take the dispute amount from your account back after it wasn't your fault and put your account into a negative. PLEASE PLEASE go to another credit union. Their dispute department is not to be trusted!! Trust me, Never Again I Will Not Bank WIth Them!!

  We went in today to get information on a loan. There was essentially no wait, and everyone that we encountered was professional and friendly. Travis was exceptionally helpful and patient with answering our questions and processing our loan. He is a wonderful representation of Navy Federal! The process was smooth and seamless!

  More than 15 people waiting in line in and out of the building. Just two tellers. SMH. Not acceptable. Do better NFCU.

  Customer service is awful, ALWAYS A WAIT AND EACH TELLER TAKES FOREVER NOT SURE HOW THEY ARE SRILL IN BUSY

  You cannot contact a branch directly and instead have to speak to customer service who acts as a middle man. I don't understand how this benefits anyone. I was told a branch could handle my request and even told them I would be driving a long distance and to make sure they knew for sure. Of course I get to the branch and they cannot help me. If I could have spoken with someone at the branch, this would have been a non-issue. This policy makes no sense at all.
