      I had a WONDERFUL experience in finalizing my car loan with Tiffany Cruz at this branch! She made the process so painless and explained everything we needed to know without us knowing what to ask. She was AMAZING. I am sold on keeping her as my car loan guru/extraordinaire for all other loans in the future. Thank you Tiffany! You have made a lifelong customer and I’m sure I’m not the first.

      The customer service at this branch is great. This is my new favorite branch!!! I used to go to the one in Decatur just because of how much traffic would always be on HWY 124… so during the pandemic I started coming to this location more which is closer to my home. I will continue to transact business at this branch… and I want to say thanks to everyone for their kindness, professionalism and hospitality!!!!

      DCCU use to be the peoples bank. No fees, great customer service and great additional services. They have steadily declined in there customer service over the years and the Snellville, Ga location takes the cake for bad service. The tellers aren’t bad but the mgmt is horrible. The manager just locked me out literally 1 minute after closing and they still had many customers in line. Absolutely unreal. Drove way out of my way to make a large deposit and was denied at the door. Paying off my loans and moving my money. Don’t bank here there are many other options

      I called to inquire about opening a teen checking account for my 15 year old son and was told I could do so. Drive 30 minutes to the branch location and was told he has to be 16, as if you can’t start working at the age of 14. He could only have a savings account so I would have to go to a completely different bank for his checking. I told them to close all three of my kids savings and will be finding somewhere more convenient. Waste of time, gas, and energy. **Edit** I received a call after I left saying they could open an account for him with a Manager override after all. I opened the account but nothing was explained- overdraft fees? Check deposit? Viewing card balance? Bc they were so busy. I guess I will take more time out of my work day to call and get those answers.

      Definitely the WORST experience I ever had with a Credit Union. I reopened an account with Delta and the way they're treating me is like they don't want my business or something. Like they didn't let me use the ATM for 30 days (apparently because I'm a new member) so they pretty much obligated me to stop by to the branch to make 1 deposit. Like come on, I work 6 days a week, plus I live 20 minutes away and they close at 4:30 PM. After trying with the pin number I created and the one they sent to me, I'm still not able to get anything. I no longer have access to my money and when I call customer service and they cannot do absolutely anything for me. What a waste of time dealing with this Credit Union.

      Worst experience ever on 2 Occasions!! Went to get a auto loan and the lady pulled my credit for the loan and when I got the approval letter it was not the specifications that we discussed in person ! DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRICK!!! This is how they get people if you don’t know any better! Luckily I knew she was wrong and had her reported and a reverse credit pull. They just want people to sign up for loans!!!! Credit Unions are supposed to be better but that is not the case !!

      I have been with Delta Community CU for more than 10 years now. They have always been very helpful. This was for an auto loan. There was a wonderful interest rate special going on. Also, Ms. Rashida Everett was MOST helpful!! Ms. Dami was helpful the day I came in and saw her. Ms. Rashida helped me most of the way. She answered ALL of my questions...I had many! (LOL) She took the time necessary to help me get all in place in order to purchase my vehicle. This is the 2nd time I've worked on something major with DCCU and they ROCKED this time as well! Thanks DCCU!! Blessings!

      This location is closest to my house. I usually go to the one closer in Suwanee and that’s the one I will continue going to. The Branch manager, Joan was very rude and not great with customer service. I went in for a new debit card, because I was having problems with my current one. You would have thought it was coming from her account, with the attitude she had. She stated that my card was perfectly useable. I told her it wasn’t working with my cash app, and I spoke with a Delta Community credit union represenative this morning. Who stated that I needed to get a new card. But Joan, was not trying to hear it. Horrible customer service, and a rude branch manager. Will not be coming back to this one ever. I would rather drive to the one in Suwanee, by my job, where they are always nice and helpful.

      The hours leave a lot to be desired. It used to be you could swing by after work, but now you have to take time off from work just to get there in time. This is disrespectful of the members who used to frequent this branch when it was in Kroger -- and open until 6 pm. If you really want to service your members properly, you would offer longer hours and easier access. Whomever chose this location for the bank with difficult parking and dangerous access obviously doesn't care about members and wanted to make using the location as difficult as possible. .

      Came in to add a checking account to an existing account. Had to wait over 40 minutes to talk with a manager. The branch manager called me a day later and apologized for the long wait and explained that the branch was in transition to a new location. (2stars added) Since this branch moved, things have gotten much better. (Added 2 more stars)
