  I deposited a cashier's check and even though it cleared the bank they still made me wait a full 7days. So they are holding my money that I can't access. I called them and the lady was rude and irritated with me because I wanted access to my money!

  I have been with UMPQUA since 1999, back then it was Sterling Bank. They tout themselves as the World's Greatest Bank and they are! They take a personal interest in their customers. I will never bank anywhere else

  I've been banking with Umpqua since they bought out Rainer Pacific Bank in Federal Way in 2010 then when they purchased Sterling Savings in Auburn, and Federal Way and I do business with both locations. Both branch managers in both locations find and retain very customer service oriented employees who genuinely are dedicated banking professionals. It's banking the way it used to be. 5 star professionals.

  My favorite bank by far, and I've banked at pretty much all of them... They treat you like family and that makes my heart happy! Thank you for all that you do for us and the Community.

  This is the worst bank. I have opened an account to start depositing my expense checks and see how they do. Almost 45 minutes into a call and i am still on hold. I will stick with BECU

  Went in to trade a $ 20.00 bill for 2 rolls of quarters and was told if I didn't have an account they couldn't do. Come to find out if it's under $100.00 they could.
