  Russ is amazing and very personable! The office was shut down for lunch and I exceeded my ATM withdrawal limit. Russ proactively came out of the bank to grab me and personally assisted me with my withdrawal to pay my excavation firm. Russ is awesome and I wish more people had his positive outlook on life :)!

  Shanghong Li and Alana McWade helped me open a Certificate of Deposit account and plan for long term investments. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very responsive by email and telephone. I also visited them at the branch and it was a great experience. We are very fortunate to have Alana and Shanghong in our community. They have changed the way that I look at banking from a negative experience to an easy and fun experience.

  The team at Umpqua Bank in Redmond, WA is the most amazing banking team you will ever find! We are a small business, and they make us feel like we are their most important customer. We STRONGLY recommend this bank branch for all of your personal and business banking needs. Alana leads a great group of talent, including (but not limited to) Chelsea, Elizabeth and Gayle. This team really puts the "personal" in personal banking. They are your small-town community bank - that can handle all of your needs.   For the lack of banks that they provide and ATMs they love to go to lunch all at once and close the store for a whole hour considering they’re open only from 10 to 4 pathetic
