  Not an issue with this specific branch but Google doesn't allow you to write general reviews for a business as a whole. Phone service is beyond terrible. I waited over an hour without a response. Gave up on even trying to call. Worse than Delta Airlines and that's saying something

  Changed locations in Redmond and discontinued Saturday hours and almost all face to face customer service. I've been with them since Seattle Telco almost 20 years. It's a shadow of what it used to be, time to shop around again.

  It's a perfectly fine credit union and I don't run into problems with most of the staff. There's one employee at this location, though, whom they've kept around for something like the last eight years and with whom I have never had a transaction that went smoothly or didn't take two or three times longer than normal. Every time, it's always a production. She constantly makes mistakes or doesn't know procedure. Always has to call somebody. Gets account numbers wrong (twice now). So I can't take it any more, I'm closing my account out of fear that she'll accidentally drain it owing to what I'm well-convinced is lifelong functional incompetence. Sorry, Sound. On the whole, you seem okay.

  I use SCU in Redmond and they have great customer service all the way to the on site dog treats for my pup. Everyone there is super friendly. And its great they love my dog as well. as know me

  I use Sound Credit Union's Shared Branching and my account's with another credit union. The Redmond and Bellevue branches have always been very helpful, every time.

  Terrible customer service. I was with Seattle Telco, which sold to Watermark CU (both amazing! in the Customer Svc dept) and now Sound...wait 5 min. for someone who is not helpful to answer the phone and are not polite.....dislike
