      We had a bad experience by working with Jordan Price at the key bank, who is completely irresponsible and not trustable. He messed up our case completely and pulled our credit at the same time. Please stay away!

      I honestly don’t know how this bank is still thriving, I’ve been a member since 2013 and for the first time during the pandemic I am in need of remote assistance. I was recently relocated to California which was a blessing because I was able to purchase a home but in order to close on my home I will need to wire the funds electronically to the escrow company or provide a cashiers check after weeks of trying to get assistance I was given the following information I can not order checks over the phone or online because it’s handled through a 3rd party company, I can not complete a wire transfer over the phone because during a pandemic you want all of your customers to come into a local branch and sit face to face with a personal banker. I can not order a cashiers check online over the phone or with a sister bank because as a hospital employee you feel it would be safer for me to come into my local branch and sit face to face with a personal banker for my safety and to add insult to injury key bank does not have a partnership with any other banks so I have to drive 12hrs or book a flight on a germ infested plane so I can go into my local branch and sit face to face with a personal banker during a pandemic....

      Mark Sweere is hands down the best mortgage loan officer I have ever worked with. He’s patient, full of knowledge and gets the job done. I’ve worked him multiple times now and can’t say enough good things about the guy. Thanks Mark!

      my boyfriend tried to deposit his paycheck via their atm, the atm froze while verifying and ate his card. The “BrAnCh mAnAgEr” had the audacity to accuse him of using a stolen card. We waited for 40 minutes before we had to mark it “stolen/lost” after the machine ate the card because it was stuck in there from 11pm- 9am and we didn’t know if it would spit it out and some rando would take it. And at this point I don’t even know if we are going to get reimbursed for his lost paycheck/ deposit. Also, rather than getting a replacement card they told us that he would have to PAY to get a new card by the end of JANUARY. Also, we went to the Kirkland branch and they got us a new card today. How was it that the Kirkland branch was able to get us one, but through this branch we had to pay $25 for a card guaranteed late January? As Melanie Martinez once said, “Where’s the principle?” As soon as it’s possible we are switching to a different bank cause this was a big yikies for me.

      I do not recommend this branch to any minority’s, if you are not wearing a suit and tie or have tattoos, do not go to this branch. I been a key bank customer for 5 years, and I never got profiled and treated like this at any key bank in multiple branches all threw out puget sound. Key Bank tellers usually are very helpful and friendly, but this branch must of missed that orientation! Management needs to address they way the tellers treat clients. Also I asked for management and they ignored my request. If I could of gave them no star i would!

      If I could rate 0 stars I would, I've been a customer of key bank for a few years now and I had to deal with a fraudulent check that was deposited into one of my accounts by someone else, now after I noticed it I went into this location to get it taken care of, I reset my online banking info and my password and was told that I would be all that was needed to be done. Now after all that both of my accounts have holds placed on them which is now causing no transactions to be allowed, even family and friends are not able to send me money through the Zelle application ( partners with key bank). I can't deposit anything, I can't use my cards nothing, when I realized that was happening I called customer care and I'm told my accounts do have holds placed. This was all supposed to be corrected earlier today ( 10/7/19) and I found out that it was NOT RESOLVED!!! There seems to be a real bad lack of communication and or knowledge of what they need to do. I will be closing down my accounts and will be doing my banking elsewhere period!!! Not at all happy with this bank, I will be letting all my family and friends who bank with key bank to also drop their accounts and bank somewhere else. This is totally unacceptable by all means to have holds placed on my accounts due to someone else's fraudulent activities!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

      My wife & I have been with KeyBank for a very long time. However, our recent experience with Mark A. Sweere in the refi department has been awful! His customer service has left us feeling like our Refinance doesn't matter! We have been patient and have had to follow-up on every e.mail/phone call after waiting in some cases more then 10 days. Our relationship with Key might be coming to an end....

      Worst bank I’ve ever banked with. I NEVER go back to this branch again. I’m not sure there is any manager in this branch. Inexperienced lead teller supervisor with soft language... Hidden fee is terrible and no one is to explain that!
