      Appreciate the customer experience I had in my recent visit to this Branch in 170th avenue. In spite of not having an appointment I was given opportunity to talk to Relationship Manager - Jacqueline. She helped me with my service request and was able to guide and share insight on other aspects as well. I really appreciate her knowledge and willingness to help & guide.

      Would be absolutely amazing if you could have more than one single teller per day.. it’s not a lack of applicants that’s for sure. Stop being stingy and put more people at the front so your customers can actually be serviced within 20-30 minutes versus an hour. BOA do better.

      35 minutes to serve 2 customers with 1 teller! It's not the teller fault, but no one helped him to move the line faster. Usually they are good in balancing load, but not today

      After waiting for more than an hour, I received response saying they can't help me today and could book an appointment for another day. I would have been told the same after 10 mins of waiting may be. I was told by couple of different employees that I could be helped so I waited that long. It is not best customer service in this branch. I can understand when you are understaffed but passing right message to the clients can help save the time.

      I just wanted to activate a credit card and the customer service asked me to visit the bank. In the bank they said they can't help me and all their bankers are busy. They had no inclination to help me.

      Lines are crazy long takes 30+ minutes to get thru line for a single transaction. That's with 3 tellers going. Heres a update on another issue you should be aware of so it doesnt happen to you! Joseph Moesch 13 reviews·1 photo 3 minutes agoNEW Go into bank to make credit card payment have 500 cash and my statement slip. I stand in line for over 30 minutes. Once up there I hand him my slip and cash like I've done every month. The guy tells me that unless I have my credit card or drivers license I cannot make a payment. At this point I ask for a manager and because bank is closing I cant be helped today and need to return. He tells me the I'd is a government requirement. So you cant pay your credit card with cash without your card or I'd even though they have your deposite slip..I hate this bank!!!!!!

      Largely have to say... They are understaffed.... as is EVERY business these days. They've closed other branches, to consolidate staff, and it seems to be a challenge with nearly every branch I visit. I Believe this is a result of the times we are in, rather than a reflection of the business and staff. I appreciate the staff who do come in and work hard. I'm amazed at the customers in line who act likely spoiled children, expecting immediate 5 star special service, as if they have zero clue of the state of things. I look forward to times when the society balances out and our workforce is able to support the various businesses, beyond just BoA. Cause... um... I have common sense, I can manage my own time and emotions, I understand what is going on around me without throwing a fit like a toddler, and... well.. wish you all well and a happy new year!

      I had to visit this branch multiple times to reset my ATM pin. They are terribly understaffed. And the staff would rather spend time chitchatting than serving the long line of waiting customers.

      Doing business with Bank of America right now is the worst experience possible. Tellers are super slow and only 1 available for full line waiting. Fully disappointed

      Absolutely horrible this branch is getting day by day. The new manager Dan is the most hopeless and useless person you can come across. Always the branch is overcrowded and so many people are waiting. He does nothing excepting heating the chair in his cabin. The previous manager Patrick was so much better and helpful. We have had so many issues and escalations and being preferred member this branch has nothing got to do with customer service! Don’t open an account with them! You ll only suffer and be frustrated!
