Sondra Coates2I have been unhappy for a while now, but today has put me over the edge! It took me almost 20 minutes just to deposit a check. I’m betting they had only one person working. This is terrible service! Wake up management and start taking care of your clients! After the holidays I will be looking around for a new bank.

Mariah Bryant1DO NOT BANK HERE! I have been a member here since 2011 and just recently had an issue with a check being held for over a week, causing multiple fees with them and my children's daycare. When I called to figure out what was going on Patrick was extremely rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. I will be closing my account with them due to everything has happened recently. I work as receptionist so I know that typically the person that you're talking to is not at fault when something happens, but the way he handled it was completely unacceptable. When I told him I would be closing my account with them, once my check posts that is being held for a week and half, he said ok. I don't know who does the hiring and firing process but Patrick was a terrible choice. Based off of other reviews I have read there are quite a few people that feel the same way. If I could give half a star, I would.

Dan Smith1Cold, blocked off drive-thru design doesn't reflect the staff you can no longer see. Drove through today to be welcomed by closed blinds (can't see anyone inside) and small monitor of me looking at myself. Had to push the call button after a little while to see if they were even open since I was only looking at myself on the monitor. Will not be returning to the unwelcome location. Congrats to the designers who successfully made banking even less personal! (1 star review is for the drive-thru only - staff is still friendly)
