  My wife and I had looked into three other mortgage companies and Metropolitan Mortgage was by far the best. Our loan officer Rick Woodruff was fantastic. His communication, knowledge and honesty were by and far above average. We have purchased a home before however this experience was much better with Rick and everyone else on his team that helped us. We would highly recommend him/them to anyone.

  I was referred to Metropolitan Mortgage and was curious about refinancing. Rick made the whole experience seamless. We’ve had a really difficult experience in the past with another mortgage company, the process at Metropolitan was excellent. We got a great mortgage rate, lowered our debt and would recommend to anyone shopping for a mortgage lender in Kansas City!

  I was referred to Metropolitan Mortgage by my Realtor when looking to purchase a home in Lee’s Summit. This was my first time purchasing a home and they were readily available to answer any questions that I had. I was able to close in less than 30 days!!! Other mortgage lenders that I applied with, could not match that time frame and it was a big advantage that I had when submitting my offer. The sellers agent had worked with Metropolitan Mortgage previously and I feel that it played a factor in the sellers accepting my offer.
