  This dealership was so helpful in helping me find the right car for me. Bianca helped me test drive and really made sure I knew everything there was to know about the new civic.   It had been some time since we had purchased a new car. Buying Honda's that tends to happen. We quickly narrowed our choice down to a couple vehicles, but with the CR-V being a best selling model this year, the trim and color choice we wanted wasn't in stock. Fritz was able to find one at another dealer and got the car swapped for us the same day. They price-matched a quote from yet another dealer and we received a fair price. We completed the purchase the same day and are very happy with the service at Honda Tiffany Springs.

  Fritz was my salesman and Tim worked up my financing. I had a great experience deciding which vehicle I needed to invest in for my enjoyment, reliability, and cost. Fritz was very knowledgeable of the vehicles, even the ones that were not Honda. He helped me without too much pressure and everyone there was very friendly and willing to help. Picking out my "extras" was quite time consuming only because I added as much as possible to help protect to the car. My "delivery" training only lasted about 15 minutes becuase Hondas are so user friendly, even with all the new technology. I love my new 2015 Accord EX-L and am thrilled with my purchase and experience. Thank you Honda of Tiffany Springs.

  Honda of Tiffany Springs is a great place to have your car serviced! My representative was wonderful; she truly a women of her word and provided honest feedback on my vehicle. Immediately when my vehicle was completed she called and left me a message. I will definitely begin bringing my vehicle to Honda of Tiffany Springs, for now on, to be serviced.

  Purchased my first Honda 8/29/2015. I had a pretty good size list of vehicles to drive. I narrowed it down to the Honda CRV. I am so happy I did! Joe Ryan was wonderful to work with. Rod and Tim made this purchase effortless! We would purchase another Honda when time comes and Honda of Tiffany Springs will be where we buy!

  Honda's will run forever with proper maintenance. We take both of our cars to Tiffany Springs. For an overnight drop Jason called the next morning with a comprehensive list of what the schedule called for and after a short discussion the work began. Within an hour it was completed. Good consultation, good service done in a timely way.

  The past two times I've gone in for an oil change I've received my car back with white scratches on it. I KNOW for a fact that they were not there before and I check it when I get it back because of the first incident, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. When you drive in for a service appointment nobody even acknowledges you. I can understand being busy but it ALWAYS happens. Very disappointed lately. If this is how it's going to be, I'm not sure the lifetime 10 dollar oil change is worth it. I don't need my car paint getting screwed up.

  Unusual experience- I had not bought a car over the phone before this buy. I live in Sioux Falls, SD. I couldn't find the Honda Fit in the color I wanted so went to the internet and located the Fit at this location. Bought car on Friday night and went to dealership on Sat afternoon. Bianca had the Fit cleaned and ready for delivery when we got there. Didn't buy external and internal upgrades and was very gracious and professional (5 stars). Had to wait approx 2 hours to pay for it (cash sale). Believe it shouldn't have taken that long and business manager was overly eager to sell me an extended warranty that most likely would never get the chance to use (3 stars). All in all I liked the dealership and everyone was friendly-would recommend dealership to anyone. Thank-you!!

  I recently worked with Bianca Caponetto when purchasing my new 2015 Honda CR-V. She was super easy to work with and very helpful. We really appreciated her honesty and responsiveness throughout the entire buying process. Bianca worked with our budget and was able to give us the lowest price on the CR-V model we wanted.   This dealership has class. Purchased a few cars from here. Always treated well and kind. We have used the service department as well. They have always treated us with respect and not pushy when it comes to service work. Recently they added a new lounge and it makes it very comfy while waiting for service. I have recommend many friends to this dealership. They have even shopped around but always ended with these guys.
