Shandy River5I just want to thank Nick and Farrah at the Mid Rivers Mall Drive location for knowing me by my appearance \ face and calling me by name when I come to the bank. You both make me feel like a valued and appreciated banker. And I think that it is awesome that you call me by my name and not ma'am or miss. Thank you for allowing me to feel valued and appreciated. I wish more business would learn customers' names. It would make me feel like I have a belonging there. And that is how I feel when I come to the bank. Thank you again, Nick and Farrah. It really allows me to have a good day when you call me by my name whether it be me doing the transactions inside or going through the drive-thru. YOU TWO ARE AWESOME!!!!!! KEEP UP THE POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!!!

Heath Hunsaker1After sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes I finally had to use the call button and ask for the two checks I was trying to cash and my license back. There were only two cars in the drive thru so I'm not sure what the issue was. I'm beginning to realize why people don't like going to the bank. I would only recommend this branch if you have a good podcast to listen to or if you bring a good book. You're going to need it!
