  I have been banking here for 3 or 4 years. The staff is always friendly and say hello to me by name when I enter the building or use the drive thru. If I have a concern with my account, they are always helpful and make it a pleasure to do business with them. I would never consider going anyplace else for my banking needs.

  Samantha was very nice and helpful. Got us in and out very quick. Would totally recommend if you want a local bank in town.

  Yeah should have came here first to see all the low stars for loans with this company. First, I have had an account (checking and savings) for more than 10+ years 6 months I came in to refinance my auto loan, they said get above 680 you'll be set Come in today above 700, gave me hoops to jump through and said I don't make enough for the loan, that I'm already paying for...long time anything with these people don't mean a thing. There word? Worthless.

  Easiest bank to work with! Closed on 2 loans in the same day and only took about 20 minutes! They had everything ready to go when we arrived. Signed some paperwork and we were on our way. Made for a very pleasant and simple experience!! You've earned my business for life!

  I'd avoid getting a loan with them. Lots of issues. I have two that are almost paid off and I'll never come back. Scott's credit union would be a better choice

  The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The credit union has everything that the banks have but better (dividends, rates, customer service, locations, free stuff, etc.). Highly recommend them.

  Michele Rodell, Branch Manager at the Cottleville, MO First Community Credit Union gave us OUTSTANDING customer service!! We just want to thank her for her hard work in helping us obtain a car loan at a rate that was VERY competitive! She worked extremely hard for us, and for that, we are truly grateful! Thank you again for everything, and we will be sure to use FCCU again in the future for any car purchases we want to make!

  This the best place to bank in the country! I have nevEr banked at a place where they give you fresh popped popcorn for free and better yet it tastes good! The staff is friendly and they are Verry helpful with any banking isue. I was once a lost soul and banked at horrible banks like pnc and bank of america but first community sets a different standard Today I even have my home morgage with them.Overall, I cannot give this Bank enough prase. Two thumbs kI p for this crew.

  Spoke on the phone about existing loan app, was trying to get questions answered and was made to feel like my questions were stupid and the rep was in a hurry to get off the phone. This was in contrast to the customer service at the brentwood location which was great.
