  Michelle helped my husband and I refinance our house recently. The process was extremely easy and quick, plus Michelle was fantastic to work with! Most communication was done thru email or over the phone. As someone who’s refinanced before, this was a much simpler process, required way less paperwork, and I was kept informed during the process 100% of the time. We’d highly recommend Michelle and Magnolia Mortgage to anyone buying a home or refinancing property.

  Can’t say enough about working with Magnolia Mortgage. Everyone was so quick and responsive with every aspect. Always felt personal working with a family owned business as opposed to going with a large company that just treats you like paperwork on their desk. Made the right choice working with Magnolia Mortgage, no doubts from start to finish. Other places told us to expect 45-60 day closings, we were wrapped up well under 30.   I have truly never experienced such professional, prompt and detail-oriented service. Michelle and her team made this process smooth and unbelievably fast. Other lenders told us we’d need 45-60 days, Magnolia Mortgage got us approved for loan in less than 3 weeks and closed in less than a month. Highly recommended!!!

  Michelle did our original home loan, which she did a great job on. Shortly thereafter the interest rates dropped. She contacted us to let us know about refinancing to get a lower, better rate. It went very smoothly and she saved us a good amount of money in the short term and in the long term. I would highly recommend her to others looking to buy a home or to refinance.

  Lexi was one of the most amazing and important parts of our home buying experience. She was expertly able to navigate my first time purchase knowledge (lack of) and my spouses experienced purchasing knowledge and balance two very different needs and stress levels. She helped us navigate not only a conventional loan, but also an FHA loan keeping us informed on which route was the best for our needs. Her partnership with our realtor was world class and they worked together so well it really made this whole experience less stressful and worrisome and she helped transform it to an extremely exciting and happy purchase! Thank you so much for everything you did to help and make it happen!! Wouldn't recommend anyone else but Lexi!

  I was referred to Michelle Rushitaj and I am so glad that I was. Michelle is awesome. I had many questions and she was always quick to respond, even though everyone was refinancing because of low rates. I know that she was really busy but she always had patience and was so kind.   Michelle is OUTSTANDING and she is a delight to work with! She truly has the client's best interest at heart! She is always quick to respond, very thorough and extremely knowledgeable!
