  We enjoyed working with Charlie as we navigated our way of purchasing Health Insurance for our employees. There were some ups and downs, but none of the problems were due to Charlie. It was just the headaches of starting something brand new. Charlie helped immeasurably and sent information to us promptly and in an easy to understand manner. Highly recommend him.

  Charlie was very friendly and easy to talk to. I did not feel any pressure to go with a particular insurance. He helped me find the best one that covered my doctors and medications. I was completely confused before I came to you. He explained it all to me. Great person to work with in finding the right insurance.

  They have exceptional customer service and truly deserve the 5 star!!!!!! I recently called them to add a car to my policy and I needed it to be added immediately. They went above and beyond to make sure it was asap. I truly enjoy being their customer and 100% recommend them.

  My experience: Quick, efficient and done! That was my experience when checking out Halo Insurance, via a friend's recommendation. The inquiry was painless and the results were my saving $$$. It took no time to transition right on out of a company I had become falsely secure with. You see, I'm not always the biggest fan of change, surprisingly (or not, if you ask my family). I am a creature 'o habit when things seem to work well, systematically. That certainly can be a downfall because you don't keep your eyes open to whether or not those things that "work" really work for me in the way of smart spending.   I NEVER have a problem getting ahold of Charlie or Carlyne. You both always have the answers to any questions I have. Anything I need help with, is taken care of immediately and I know how much you both work to make sure I am getting the coverage I need at a price that is reasonable and most likely the best possible.

  I was able to reach the right person to help me with my insurance needs *right away*. No, "press 1, press 2" blah blah blah. Carlyne made time for me. I also appreciated her patience with getting my quote right and my (many) questions as a new Missouri resident. I look forward to being a customer for a long time.
