  Although they both were younger, they presented the understanding that they knew the importance of leaving the customer with the feeling that they cared about the customers needs. Also both made me feel that they knew me even though I had dealt with only one of them in the past.

  These people are awesome 😎 I'm not very good with a lot of computer stuff and I guess I don't have to be now that I have friends in the banking business ☺️ They're always very nice and not a fake nice,. A sincere nice.

  Customer service line is way more helpful than the building employees. Their system made a mistake and put holds on my deposits for over a week. No employee was any help and I kept getting the excuse the manager isn't available.

  Refused to notarize an affidavit because I wasn’t a customer. Pretty bizarre policy to have for notary publics and a great way to push away potential new customers who might be looking for a new bank to switch to. Pass on UMB.

  Only drive thru is open. Lobby is temporarily closed due to covid. Please update web page so others know ahead of time, instead of finding out when arriving.

  I had to make a wire transfer and the teller was amazing and knowledgeable. Thank You for great service
