Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Reviews

Nicole Crosson1EDIT TO ADD: I just tried to call this bank to leave a message to schedule a closing appointment, and the number is bad. WORST customer service ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been banking with BOA since 2012 when I lived in Texas and this branch is the absolute WORST. They closed due to the pandemic a year ago and have yet to reopen the lobby or indoor services to the public. They also close everyday at 4 p.m. which means my husband nor myself can get there before they close during the work-week. Today (Saturday) we tried to go do business before noon and found out they are no longer open even on Saturdays for working people. We will be closing our account and going to a credit union. Mind you, all of the other banks in this area have been open to the public in some capacity for MONTHS. We are always hassled about getting the app to do our banking, and quite frankly, I'd like to help the tellers keep their jobs by using real people. The ATMs are always broken or out of order as well, so don't depend on that option either.
Response from the ownerHi, Nicole. We are doing our best to remain open to serve our clients while implementing changes within our financial centers to follow CDC and government guidelines. Dustin Albright1They decided they don’t want to staff notary publics at this location because they’re “just a drop off location”, despite having a lobby and desks for their bankers and loan officers. But yeah, they’re “just a drop off location” so maybe you should bank with a company that is actually going to offer you necessary services that every other bank provides with no issue.
Response from the ownerHello Dustin. Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the rest of your experience didn't meet your expectations. Nayeli Fierros1The atms are rarely working. Literally always 1-2 down of three. And making an appointment is more like, you’ll wait 40 minutes until they help everyone else in front of you away.
Response from the ownerHi Nayeli. It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected, and we’ll certainly have our team look into the ATMs at this location. Taylor Murch3Line on Saturday was out the door. Kind of a sketchy location. Didn't feel the most comfortable waiting in the lobby. 2 tellers, 2 bankers, everyone was polite and working and I still waited 25 mins in line to deposit a check. It would be convenient if there was someone at the bank who can speak Spanish as there were a lot of clients in need. Because of feeling uncomfortable, I will probably not use this location again unless it's through the drive thru.

The Vagabond Witch in the Woods1This is the worst banking location I've ever been to. The manager even yelled at me once because I was losing patience while her one and only accounts person was carrying on a lengthy conversation with a customer while the rest of us waited over 45 minutes! I usually wait at the drive through for over 15 minutes because they have one person working inside and the drive through. Once they took 2 other people before me without even saying they were sorry...and I was there first! I hate this location and only bank here until I can find one closer to my job.

Joel Brown1Maybe update your Google profile if you’re going to be closed. You are one of the biggest banks in the country, if not the world, so I imagine someone is on the payroll that can keep these things updated.
Response from the ownerHi Joel. The lobby at this financial center is currently closed but the drive up window is open to service clients. jasmine mai1Worst bank. It is not convinient for business. they always closed. i cannot deposit and need to go other location all the time. if you bank with them near this area, choose other banks. they have been closed for almost a year for pandemic while other banks opened. I am thinking to change to other bank. Horrible bankinh branch.

Amanda King1Service is soooo slow, this is the worst location out of all of the bank of Americas that I have been to. Not only are they slow, but the people that work at this location are rude and full of attitude. Bank of America itself has hidden fees and they discriminate against people's age. One example: they say that students get free savings accounts.... but they have to be under the age of 23. A student is a student, no matter what age you are.

Cheryl Englund1my friend banks here, several times gone thru the drive thru & had to wait in excess of 15 mins. they have 1 teller to handle commercial & personal accounts & you just have to wait. What a joke. I bank at Bank Midwest across the street & it NEVER takes near that much time when all lanes are full. The experience sure made me appreciate my bank so much!
