  This bank is great. There were a few little glitches a few years ago when they transitioned from Meridian to UMB, but now that these details have been ironed out, it is great. It is so nice to be greeted by name, to be able to pick up the phone or send an email to connect with a real person. Deanna is awesome and always takes the time to help us understand all the details of any financial dealings we are considering with them. And the online support in Missouri has been excellent the past few years as well. Thank you UMB for being a bank with the personal touch.

  I have always felt welcomed by the staff both inside and at the drive-thru window. I've banked at UMB for ages in Kansas City and was delighted to discover branches in Arizona when I retired here. Highly recommend UMB.

  Deanna is such a pleasure to work with. She has personally helped me a number of times over the years with general banking questions, loans, credit cards, debt solutions and so much more. Having someone local that you know and trust with your banking is priceless and I am grateful for all her help!!

  After 25 years with a local credit union where nobody knew me and I could never talk to the same person twice about my banking needs, it has been so refreshing to find UMB Bank. I get courteous and personable attention from a very capable staff members every time I visit. Deanna helped me get a high dollar HILOC with an incredible low interest rate that has helped me with an investing practice that has reduced my debt to zero and built up an emergency savings. I highly recommend these folks for banking services to anyone that will listen.

  This location has the rudest staff! Don’t you dare even ask the date because you’ll be met with an eye roll and sigh. The hours are ridiculous and not normal even by bank standards. Don’t waste your time. Go to Bank of America or Chase or basically anywhere else you’ll get much better service, better hours, and a better app if you like using those. Also let’s not even talk about the incompetence of communication! The official UMB website has hours posted for this location BUT they aren’t even the hours for this location!

  Hey everyone, This bank branch is Awesome the staff personable, friendly and helpful. Whether through the drive thru or walking in it is always a pleasure to see them. My boyfriend and I both bank at this location. We especially enjoy working with Karen, Chris, and Jamie.

  Not very happy with the out come of this banks Decision UMB Bank Does seem like a good bank to go banking with Especially with their Interest rates And their lines of credit Have good interest rates

  Had a UMB check, on UMB checkstock from a (obviously) UMB client. Was told there'd be a 7 dollar fee for a non member (me) to cash this check. When I balked, the gentleman tried to get me to set up an account. Can't cash one of your own checks with all necessary ID's? Hmm A different person in a different situation might think this was predatory.
