      My husband and I have banked with another local bank for over 40 years, however, with the latest increase in fees, we decided to switch to ANB Bank. Not only is ANB Bank more convenient to us, the fees for the basic services are customer-friendly, as in free! The other reason we checked into ANB was our interaction with Kaitlin at the 87th Street branch. Her customer service and handling of our transition has been beyond all expectations. In addition to our dealings with Kaitlin, every time we have walked through the doors, we have been greeted promptly by Tanya and others, which is greatly appreciated.       I opened a loan to purchase a property I was interested in. Prior to going into ANB I had been shopping a lot of different banks and overall it seemed like it was going to be a difficult process. ANB made the process not only easy but I also formed some good friendships along the way. Since then I have moved all my accounts to ANB and opened a second loan.       Best customer service I have ever had from a bank. They are personal, helpful & thoughtful. Wish I would have known about them years ago when I bought my house.
