  I recently switched from another insurance carrier to State Farm after 10+ years with the prior carrier. I had been satisfied with them over that time, but did not have a personal and local contact. Jacob Hester was persistent, personable, professional and courteous in his multiple attempts over multiple weeks to get me to review their quote and adding renters to my car insurance. It was the personal touch and his effort that caused me to make a change.

  I love how personal this company is. Far more personal than any State Farm representative that I’ve ever worked with. I feel like they actually work for me and don’t mind doing business with these people. They helped me save money with my insurance which resulted in a cheaper mortgage payment. And car insurance decreased compared to my previous insurance. I am so grateful they reached out and looking forward to a long relationship. Grips work guys!!

  I worked with Trevor from Dustin's office and I'm so glad I answered his call. He switched my car & home owners and saved me over $100 in home owners per month. I was floored. Not only that, he let me know that my other car insurance company was not covering me enough. I never would have known, and am so thankful something terrible didn't happen before Trevor got be hooked up. He is super friendly, and I didn't feel pressured at all. He even came downtown and met me at a conference in order to get paperwork signed--that is service!

  Dustin was very fast on getting back to me after submitting my request for a quote. After the quote came back he made sure I was completely informed on my decision on coverage amounts. His final quote came back lower than most of the online insurance companies and got enough of a discount for me bringing my renters insurance over that I basically got it for free. For the price and customer service I would highly recommend Dustin for all of your insurance needs.

  Trevor is so great to work with! He came to her home, and within a about an hour he was able to save us about $200 a month in home and auto coverage. He even put up with our pesky dogs and cat. His service and rates were so fantasiic, I've decided to get a quote for business insurance with him as well.
