  We fell for a Microsoft email scam and gave our bank name Ulster savings. We went to the closest branch by us and spoke with branch manager Kathy Delano. She recommended Geek Squad and also a notification to us on our accounts for any suspicious activity. Happy ending and real piece of mind. Thank you Kathy your calm voice and excellent advice!

  Alyssa was amazing 👏🏾. I brought my daughter to the branch to open an account and Alyssa explained everything to myself and my daughter clearly. My daughter was nervous but Alyssa made her feel really comfortable and confident in her decision to back here. I've been with Ulster Savings Bank for years and the service we received on that day proves why I will be with them for years to come. Thank you Alyssa.

  I've been an Ulster Savings member for a long time, but today I had the pleasure of opening an account for a local political committee. I had the support of the whole branch walking me through the process and making sure we had everything in order to begin my first experience in local politics. Even though the process went long and we were there a few minutes after close, no one batted an eye. Thank you so much for all the hard work from employees at the Poughkeepsie Branch!!

  I have been a business customer for almost a decade now. This is a great bank. I could not disagree more with the previous reviewer. The employees are like jewels. They are friendly and helpful. They call you by your name and are very approachable. The manager is the best at her job. She is great. It feels like family to go into the bank.

  The Employees at this location are rude, incompetent, and incapable of performing very simple tasks, like giving change. If you are a business looking for cheap banking, you will surely be happy with the price, but it's not worth the aggravation. Go with a real bank that can accommodate the simple things.
