  Went to the location on Burnett today, and I was in a relatively foul mood, but within minutes of arriving my entire mood changed. The displayed professionalism and positive energy Marie lets off is definitely a game changer, it really makes a difference. Keep up the great work Burnett!!!

  I walked in and opened an account, it was so simple. The representative was welcoming and explained the whole process with ease. I learned that MHV has so many wonderful financial products available. I'm very glad I joined the credit union.

  Monika is the perfect personification of who or what I believed a true representative of your company is and should be.   I open my new acc.with them.First I love the way the place looks inside...small but cozy,clean and with a modern touch. Julianne was my representative and this young lady was very courteous, sweet and gave me all the explanation I neede it to know.Like what this Bank has to offer.Don't regret coming to this place to do business. 👍💟.Thanks Julianne.

  Julianne is AMAZING. I absolutely love that every time I walk into the bank she is fast, efficient, personable and helpful. I can’t say enough positive things about her. Tabitha, the general manager, is also just truly amazing. Has helped us with business needs and has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service to us each and every time. Can’t picture banking anywhere else!

  It is difficult to overstate the importance of customer service in all areas of business and especially when dealing with finances. Whereas often times one might feel as if they are only vaguely being addressed, MHVFCU has never failed to add a personal touch to banking. I've recently spoken with Julianne, and she went above and beyond for me. Being quick to respond, very attentive, and personable are valuable traits for a representative of a financial institution, and she was all of these things. I will continue my banking here! TY
