  We had to buy a car in a hurry when hubby’s car died. They took care of us right away, found us a used car in excellent condition for the perfect price. They took care of all the paper work.   Went to Mag auto today and had an amazing experience. My sales rep was Mercedes she was a doll, very informative and helpful, it took us all day but she worked with us until we got the car we wanted and got to drive it home same day.   Great car buying experience! Everyone in the office was very helpful, friendly and hands on where as all I had to do was sit back and let them do all the work! They had a great selection and surprisingly the exact truck I was looking for. The truck was fairly priced so I didn't have to haggle them and they even helped me get financing. Will certainly be a return costumer!

  This is by far the best used dealership. They work with you and treat you like family. I will always come to here for any vehicle and services I need on any of the vehicles I receive from them. No other dealership holds a candle to them. I've worked at other well known car dealerships before and I can say from experience that they are the best. If you keep an open line of communication and stay honest and upfront, the relationship that you create with them will last a lifetime. No I am not a fake review. Go screw yourself if you think so. I'm a faithfull customer.

  Bought a car from them on April 18,2020 ..One month later breaks started acting up , I called them and it took me forever to finally have someone make an appointment to bring it to their mechanic. I got informed that break pads and rotors are not on the warranty , ok fine , I still wanted to bring it in to have what needed to be fixed that is covered under the warranty,so I bring my car to their mechanic (which is 35 minutes away from me) only to be told that they can't do it today you will have to come back next week .I said fine I will go to my mechanic .My mechanic looked at it and said it's the wheel bearings and they are so bad it's clear they went before you bought the car and it never should have passed inspection let alone they never should have sold you the car like this ... needless to say I will never be buying a car from them ever again

  I had the opportunity to purchase two cars, one for me and one for my daughter. We had a very positive experience in dealing with Anthony at Mag Auto Corporation. Anthony dealt with us in an extremely positive manner and was very professional. He facilitated the transactions by going out of his way to help. Both cars are working great and we are very happy with them.

  From the web site to the actual location of the dealer i give mag auto corp 5 stars my expectations and experience buying my BMW went beyond. Everyone is willing to help professionally and friendly specially Poppy,a couple of days later after i bought my car I went to change the oil,he calls me at the same time that am at the auto shop changing the engine oil,then he ask how everything is going in my new car and i said everything is good and that i was at the auto shop changing the oil in the car because it was getting close to the due date and that a service message appeared in the car,so he said to me “papy after you done there bring me the receipt “so in my way back home i stopped there and guess what ? he reimburse me the total of the receipt for the oil change !!!! In a Bmw oil change doesn’t comes cheap but he reimbursed it !!!!!

  My minivan died an abrupt death and although I had been thinking about getting a new car to replace it, now it was a crisis. I looked online and did some research and Mag Auto Corp kept coming up. Went to the Poughkeepsie site and they were amazing! Poppy was the best, no pressure, answered all my questions, let me drive everything. Got myself a pretty little Honda and I couldn't be happier. All paperwork done, got plates and drove off the same day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MagAuto !!!!
