  - What made you choose me as your agent? Curt from Legacy Land & Homes LLC provided great service. I chose Curt due to his professionalism, responsiveness and honest assessment of my home value. He went above and beyond on prepping my home for sale. I like the pictures that were taken and the e-sign documents option. Additionally, he built a profile via Legacy Land & Homes LLC portal where all my signed documents were made available. Another service that's awesome, is the appointment notification system. When it came to appointments, he ensured they were scheduled with enough notice. I most definitely recommend Curt's business to any family.

  Vida helped us purchase a property from the other side of the country. Her local knowledge, her commitment to making sure we were informed of EVERYTHING and her input into where we should buy made the whole experience seamless. I absolutely feel that Vida provided the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. If you are interested in Real Estate in Poughkeepsie, Vida is your best bet. Even though we never met, she treated us like family, even her recommendations for contractors and property managers were spot on. This was a stressful undertaking for us, but with Vida's help it was down right pleasurable!!

  I have been working with Curt as my real estate agent for over a decade, and will continue to do so when and if the need arises.  He came highly recommended, both personally and professionally which was very important to me.  He first assisted me in selling my mother’s condo. After she passed, Curt was the first call I made when it came time to sell the unit. He got me back what I had paid for it and then some! When it came time for me to sell my 43 year old house, Curt was the only agent I would consider. In a failing housing market, he assured me I would have no problem selling my home.  Not only was he right, but he had an offer of full asking price within a few hours of posting on his website...before it actually hit the market! Within 24 hours we had a bidding war on our hands, and I couldn't have been happier with how Curt handled the process.  He also represented me when I purchased my present home at a new Toll Brothers community in the area.  Having Curt by my side and representing my interests in that purchase was invaluable.   Curt was amazing!!!!!!! We bought a house with him and it took some time but we got it done. Curt went above and beyond to get us into house, and a good house at that. He worked his magic and did everything he had to do so we could close . There is just so much to list, from previewing properties and sending video footage of them to coordinating the multiple re tests of the water to working with my mortgage company, he was always on point. It sucks that you normally only buy one house, I would recommend Curt to everyone. He is the best in the business.

  My wife Dawn and I worked with Curt to purchase our first home and we both really can’t say enough good things about Curt. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time. (we found out a few years later some of the time included a ½ day of a day he took off to be with his family. Curt answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly.
