  I don't even know the guys name, but he was a giant D***. I had parked in front of their store. We had an appointment next door at Bright Smiles, but we got there super early; so, I thought this would be a good way to kill a bit of time. My son needed to get a pocket knife for scouts anyway. I unloaded the 2 kiddos I had with me and before we could even walk onto the sidewalk a man in glasses came out and started yelling at me. Apparently I had taken one of their parking spots and I needed to save that for their customers. I asked if there is usually a sign to let people know about the designated parking as I didn't see one. He said, and I quote "no, but it's common sense and common courtesy that you not park in front of a store you aren't going to go in." Well, A$$h0[e, I HAD planned on visiting your store, but I absolutely will not now. The man didnt even wait to see which store i was going in before confronting me. Either put up "pawn shop parking only" signs or shut up! No signs means that you DONT get to tell people where to park! You just cost your business a customer. They need to fire or get that person under control before they cost them even more business.

  DO NOT COME HERE!!! DONT BUY GUNS OR WEAPONS HERE!!!!! EVERYTHING OVER PRICED AND FAULTY OR BROKEN!!!!!!!! I’ve come a hand full of time just to check things out they sold me some led light bars that only one of the light bars worked I went back to explain that I took them apart to try and re Sauter and fix and they weren’t fixable ( because the light bars had been ripped from the original wires) meaning they were “stolen” (can’t confirm obviously but it wasn't hard to tell) off someone’s truck and sold for profit... unfortunately their “guarantee” means sales are final when I came back the next day all they did was say sorry and gave me a 5$ Towards another purchase in return because “they had been there so long” after having to almost argue them down to 90$ To buy them in the first place and don’t get me started on the guns... first cash pawn if you read this I won’t be coming back and I hope no one else wastes they’re timeor money, also this is a screenshot and can be reuploaded at anytime as well as this is going on multiple neighborhood apps, I’m a very unhappy customer, do better for the people that pay your bills

  I was looking at selling my old wedding ring but dreaded going into a pawn shop. I have never been to one but have heard horror stories of being ripped off.Brought my ring to these guys after trying out 4 other spots in round rock and pflugerville and they offered $100 more then everybody else. It wasn’t the dollar amount that earned this review. What impressed me was that the employee was only able to quote me a smaller amount and it was not what I wanted so he went and discussed this with his manager. The store manager then called his boss and they were able to offer me close to what I wanted . Every other pawn shop I visited kind of gave me a take it or leave it attitude and not one manager was involved . Being in customer service I noticed these little things. Just be careful because they have Layaway option on all of their guns and they convinced me to put a Glock in Layaway! So I left with no money and I am okay with that! 😀😀😀

  I’ve had a good experience every time. The other pawn shop by speedy cash wouldn’t take my TV but this place always does. Their prices are good too! And they even knock down a few bucks if you ask.

  I shop for gold in pawn shops all the time. everytime I have gone inside this shop the gold is marked up 400%. Any other pawnshop is better! These guys are crooks

  Out of curiosity I took a $900 champagne diamond ring to see what they would give me and the best they could do was $30. Obviously they don't know jewelry!!

  Honestly don't recommend business here I don't know what's shitier. The employee attitudes or the prices they offer you.Go to the pawnshop down the street by speedy Cash.At least there you will definitely get respect as a customer.These guys tried to offer me 5$ for a mini fridge and a 22in monitor.The other shop at least dropped me 98$ flat for my troubles.

  They sold my watch on the same day it was due, and never called when they said they did. How can you say you called me but sold the item on the same day? The management sucks and is unprofessional and rude.

  Lol 1400 dollar asus gaming laptop sells for 350.. I don't think so, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

  Have great deals would highly recommend this place for there reasonable deals and have great people who work there they are knowable and are really friendly
