  Before moving to Huntington in 2007, I made contact with HSB to begin the process of selecting a bank for our family's personal accounts and business needs. During the ensuing years, I've grown even more impressed, pleased, and indubitably satisfied with the relationship my family has with Huntington State Bank, now known as U Bank. The employees at the Huntington location have always shown the utmost willingness to provide help, answers, and guidance when and as needed and/or requested. Whether going into the lobby or through the drive-through, I always feel welcome and appreciated by the exceptionally professional and personable employees. I'm always greeted with a smile and treated like family member. That personal touch is very much appreciated.

  If you want awesome customer service, make sure you stop by the Huntington branch and ask for Sheri Holcomb. She is very attentive and always goes above and beyond for UBank customers! She's the first to greet you with a smile and a "welcome in, how can I help you". This location's lobby is always clean and well decorated during the holidays. As a customer for 15 years I have always been well taken care of by Sheri and the rest of the UBank crew!

  GREAT BANK with EVEN BETTER people. We have been a customer since relocating to the area nearly 20 years ago. In our day to day we have needs to visit several of bank locations but the Huntington Branch always welcomes us in like family. Truly a pleasure to stop in there !!!!
