  It's been a year since opening a couple of accounts at U-Bank, and I feel I am more than qualified to write a solid review. My family was thrown into a tight spot due to a burglary. We felt compelled to shut down the previous bank account and needed to open another one quickly. I had always heard good things about Huntington State Bank, so we went with them. Their reputation proved correct! Wow!! I was never more impressed with the expediency and willingness of the staff on that awful day. Thank you, Dora, for your unparalleled service. Dora not only let us in after the lobby closed (we had called ahead and explained our situation), but she also stayed WAY longer than closing hours to get us up and going for the next day's business. Such dedication!! We have had several dealings with U-Bank (I still want to call it Huntington State Bank) since that first day, and I have NEVER been disappointed. Lacey, another exemplary employee, is always communicative and goes above-and-beyond to meet our expectations in whatever the circumstances. All the tellers are friendly. Never once have they appeared "bothered" for any special requests (such as "I don't have any more deposit slips. Can you move money from this account to another for me?"). If you're looking for a bank that makes you feel like you're royalty, you need to move your money to this bank. I cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you, U-Bank, for making it easy to do business!

  Been with this bank for 20 years and have grown more and more disappointed in the last few years. Cooperate decisions to minimize lobby hours and customer access over the last few years is ruining all of the reasons I began banking here so many years ago. Lobby hours are cut to the bone and there are no conveniences for anyone who works till 5 p.m. any longer to be able to go in and do business. There are no familiar faces because they change tellers and loan officers so often. They have changed everything to electronic and online banking but yet have not replaced all of their ATMs so you can make deposits at them. I have really worked hard to not have to change banks but customer service makes or breaks me and I am just worn out with the lack of serviced currently offered.

  I have been with this bank for over a decade...which has proven to mean nothing. They do not have your up to date accessibility such as samsung pay, paypal, venmo etc. I have tried to get a loan 3 times and each time they have changed their loan criteria, not due to my credit, we've never gotten that far. But I have supplied everything they needed each time, even spent money to get my divorce decree and then told they just changed their policies AGAIN! Looking for a new bank that appreciates their loyal customers.

  U Bank on HY 59 is so friendly. They know you when you walk through the doors. The U Bank on Chestnut is also friendly. All in all I wouldn't change banks for no other. And their 24hr banking is great.

  This makes the 5th time that I had to wait 50+ mins. Drove to huntington instead, tired seeing open offices and just one person taking in customers. I will be driving to huntington from now on. Somthing I should have been doing after my second experience.
