  TERRIBLE service they say "we do it differently here" go to the one on 94 for real service. Shady stuff going on here.

  Tried talking to a banker she had her head phones In and tried to ignore me seem like. Was not willing to help at all wasn’t necessarily rude just bland make me want to change banks lufkin southside is not it

  Maria Ramirez is the best! All the girls at this branch are extremely nice and super attentive! Southside bank is the best!

  Nice staff but the fact that they charge to cash payroll checks drawn on their own bank if you aren't an account holder is a bit ridiculous. It's an unnecessary hassle to open an account (that isn't free and has monthly fees) just to cash my checks.

  The employees are poor and irresponsible I gave them my paper that had all my bank information and lied that I didn't give them my paper. But had it the whole time and arguring with me and with my daughter about the paper and may you give it to me saying no no we don't have it.

  I truly trust my and everyone I come contact With are very helpful and kind! I recently lost my husband who had always handled all of the family affairs. Leaving me clueless as to how to do things, Thanks dearly too all the tellers and other Bank members for being there for me

  Charged me $25 to cash a check from an account holder. It's not their money! Cbtx doesn't do that and other banks I have been don't do that!
