  SKYE WAS WONDERFUL! So hard working and professional, i do not personally bank with Regions but i do buisness for my mother there and she always makes things so easy. And her smile is contagious! You guys need more like her!

  Been banking with them for 20 years. Just checking. Recently went in to open a savings account and was made to wait for nearly half an hour with no assistance until I finally just left. There's only one person in at a time dealing with accounts though they have taken up the waiting area with yet another gigantic empty desk. So customers are made to wait standing akwardly around the lobby for long amounts of time waiting for help with their accounts. Not a happy customer.

  I have to come here for my job and this bank has the longest wait out of any I've ever been to before. The layout of the drive-thru lanes is ridiculous, especially the commercial lane. Would not recommend.

  They know me by name when I walk in every week. Always given me great advice on my accounts and inform me of any issues that would arise in my checking account. These people genuinely like their job and are great at it. Anytime a mistake is made they fix it immediately.

  Patricia robbed me of 400 dollars. The bitcy manager put me in jail for complaining. Then Patricia went over to my purse, my real purse and made a tractions and put her hand in twuce to make sure i could see twice. Fire them all and punish.

  Lady stole my driver's lisence! Don't know which location it's the one that has a chicken fillet. Her desk is on the left. No idea where she ran my Is at. Someone said the Lowe's.

  Worse costumer service ever 2 months with not bank card several visits countless phone calls on my 4th time in bank over the same issue I talked to windy walker (bank manager) who hardly lifted a finger they basicly want you to figure out and do the job for them as the steps change every time they drop the ball countless times

  This is the slowest bank in Lufkin. I have to come here for work and I dread it every day.

  They took money out of my account without my knowledge or consent. Dropped them and switched banks.

  Seriously getting frustrated. Never have had this many problems in such a short amount of time, considering switching banks.
