Dani Marsh1If I could give it no stars I would. People here are not friendly, you are more like a burden to them. The branch manager is unfeeling and unprofessional when I went with my concerns. Their tellers have no idea what they are doing. I got the name of one of them and they said marlene, this is the WORST one to deal with, no knowledge! Why is she even there? I will let others know that this is not the credit union to go with. I will be going with another credit union.

C Gabbrielli1I have been promised I'd hear from "Heather" the branch manager, for over a week. First, I was told that she would call me back at 5:00 P.M. last Thursday on 5/9 - or the next day Friday, due to "training." Nothing. I finally called back yesterday - about a week later. At 2:35 P.M. they told me she was "at lunch," and would call me back when she got back in. I even white listed her number on my phone. Nothing. I'm still waiting. My spouse and I are looking for another bank. We are very disappointed in U.S. Eagle.

Alicia Lucero1I recently visited the location in Bernalillo and needed to see a banker. We were attended to by an impatient woman. She was not very helpful nor did she care to explain anything. She was very snippy when I tried to ask questions and basically made us feel very unwelcome. She clearly is not happy with her job and really should not be representing US Eagle FCU. I have run into quite a few of their employees who have a poor attitude and do not seem to be very knowledgeable of their job or their services. A few times now they had to call superiors in order to perform what I would think should be a pretty basic function for them. Maybe they are simply not happy with their job, poorly trained , or just have no business in face to face customer service. All in all, it has me rethinking where I want to bank.

daniel baca1No matter what branch I go to the customer service absolutely SUCKS. No professionalism what so ever, they're rude, they talk down to you as if they're better than you. It's infuriating just knowing that I have to go back every month to make my payment. I would move my loan elsewhere if it wouldn't cost me to do so. Only gave them one star because I had to. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere it'll be worth it!!!

We're sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your level of service, particularly when it comes to the availability of your funds. Please rest assured our team does everything they can to have your funds released in the most timely manner possible. In some cases, we are able to make exceptions, and make every attempt to do so. In this case, our Assistant Branch Manager was able to decrease the hold from a 5-day to a 2-day hold. We'd also like to kindly point out that banks and credit unions look at a couple of different things when deciding whether or not to put a check on hold - things like your average balance and deposit history. We do this to protect you, our member, in the event the check bounces. Also, please remember that $200 is released immediately in most cases, as we realize not having access to your funds immediately can be challenging at times. We would welcome the opportunity to sit down with you and discuss all of your available options, such as direct deposit.
