  Jan is professional and accessible. She is so organized and quick to answer every question, large or small, in the home buying process. We felt so informed every step of the way because of how clear and strong of a communicator she is. Jan helped us navigate the purchase of a new to us home in this crazy market, even set us up with a great lender. She works harder than any agent I've worked with in the past. We moved from out of state and she was a wealth of knowledge regarding the area. Highly recommend.

  Jan helped us buy and sell our first home. We will definitely be using her services again. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She had our best interests in mind every step of the way.   I came across Jan’s name as an expert on Placitas living and reached out to her by phone when we first started thinking of moving to Placitas from New York a couple of years ago. She took the time to help us get to know the area and answer our questions. Over time, anytime I would contact her, she always remembered us and offered helpful insights. When we finally made it out to Placitas, it was like connecting with an old friend! She had the experience and knowledge to help us find a home in a competitive market and was a fantastic communicator and negotiator. She was on top of every detail and was a remarkably efficient and detail oriented professional. She made us feel like we were her only clients though I know that’s far from the truth!   Jan was amazing. She was highly knowledgeable, extremely professional in all of her dealings with us and just an absolute joy to work with.   Jan did a great job getting me a house in Rio Rancho, where I moved to from Seattle, WA recently. She always picked up the phone when I called and gave helpful advice when I asked. I felt like she went far above and beyond just doing her job and made it her personal interest to help me get something nice for my budget. Highly recommended.
