David Bearbow Bearshield5The Osuna Branch's Business Service Specialist Mr. Bryce McGuire was the absolute best in service. As a member since 2014 US EAGLE BANK in downtown, I was able to have several accounts established throughout my time being a member. I'm proud that I was able to help establish business accounts with many of my clients. But today, Mr. McGuire helped in the transition of payroll and showed my client was it is to step up and help maintain the best transitional process towards a betterment in business and employee relations. I stand amazed. He outshines most and I'm proud to be sitting in his office conducting business in such a tremendous fashion. US EAGLE stands to be the best in service.

Louie Breaks1Since I’ve had an account with US Eagle, which has been about 3 years now. There has not been one occasion that I have gone and not waited more than 20 minutes in the drive thru. They have 4 lines, 3 always open yet there’s one guy here taking forever to help people. The reason I signed up with this credit union was because I heard their service was great but I’ve experienced nothing but the opposite. I write this as I’ve been waiting, again, for over 30 minutes to make a deposit and get a page of checks. NEVER COME TO THIS BRANCH, THEIR SERVICE IS AWFUL.

C.D Jackson5I really appreciated the professionalism shown by Karen . She walked me through everything I needed, to get a review for a application status. Very professional, and further more extremely patient with me. I was approved for a credit card, and even better I opened up a checking and savings account with US Eagle. I would refer my family and friends to US Eagle. They seem to have the best interest for their customers or potential customers in mind. At no point did I feel as if though they were just trying to benefit themselves in the entire process of getting a approval.

Loved watching your employees welcome everyone happily on a Saturday morning. Ashley Bixler5US Eagle is always very responsive and helpful! I recently purchased a new vehicle and decided to secure financing with US Eagle in stead of going through the dealership. It was the best decision I made. My loan officer Jodi was very personable and was able to get my loan funded fast.

He listened carefully to everything I said and immediately told me he would help and take care of this problem I thought I had. I only waited a couple of minutes and he Cleared up All that I had misunderstood about this notice. Such a relief! Our business was established in 2013 so there were many moving parts involved to switch banks and a "deadline" we had to meet to avoid penalties! From the very first visit, usEagle staff at the Menaul branch was available, knowledgable and responsive. Cynthia Torres1The ABSOLUTE worse! I have been with this credit union for 11 years and they treat u like a child. They have a hold of your money like it's theirs and it's sad. They lock your ATM privileges without saying anything. Very, very disappointed with them 😞.
