  For the most part Guild Mortgage Company has been the best. Yes I had a few issues with the company not putting the funds into principal only, which did really upset me; but overall they corrected it and made it right. I would highly recommend them. We are planning on using them again for my son's home purchase some time this year or next year.

  This team brought me and my spouse from application to close in 33 days. Granted we knew what house we wanted. But given that fact they worked so hard to ensure we met our closing date. I appreciate all the hard work that they did for us. They were attentive and answered any questions we had along the process. Very legit and no shortcuts. Made sure all of our I’s were dotted and all of our T’s crossed... I highly recommend! Thank you Guild team (especially Carl and Chasity) for helping us buy our first home!!!!

  Rosa is absolutely incredible! She was was very professional, patient and responsive - keeping us aware of everything that was happening. This was our first home purchase and we didn’t know much about the process but she made it very easy to understand the things we had questions about. We really enjoyed working with her

  Had a great experience with who must be their star agent a very good agent named Igor Sokolov. He was great easy to communicate with and easy to reach when needed. The process of getting my mortgage was mostly painless there is a lot of documentation they want but otherwise its a great place to get good rates and great customer service.

  Terribly run company! Todd Cartwright wasted 2 months of my time and even sent an email saying my loan was approved only to turn around a week later and say the opposite. Very unorganized, unprofessional and inefficient process for collecting documents and setting up closing. I would never recommend these clowns to anyone wanting to refi or even get a new mortgage.

  Worst experience I ever had. I spent over 1 month waiting for emails and phone calls. Unprofessional, unreliable staff. One day I was dealing with one loan person and the next day when I called they would transfer me to another loan person who had no idea what was going on w my loan application. For weeks I sent bank statements, all the necessary paperwork needed to complete the process and they would "misplace" my documents so I had to resend. Till this day they never bothered to return my phone calls. Waste of time! I had to give 1 star in order to post. Customers BEWARE Take your home loan somewhere else!

  Stop your search! - If you are looking for THE BEST lender in New Mexico, Todd and Kirk are your guys! Personable, attentive, & knows their stuff.
