  This is simply a waste of money and the best description of this CPA is unprofessional. He has been contracted for my small business since January and he has not completed one task. The night of filing deadline for taxes, he fired me as a client because I asked for proof he filed an extension. He will be absolutely held accountable for his actions but I thought it best to share my experiences to save someone else. Update the CPA is still insisting that I was rude to his staff while they all insist he is crazy. The truth is he never filed an extension and everyone that worked with him quite because he is psychotic. I feel bad for the remaining staff but he never did his job and I called for four weeks without a response from him even though I paid for that service. I received no benefit from his office and I was charged a ridiculous amount. At no time was I rude he just didn’t like that I was holding him accountable to the contract. Again 10/10 do not recommend this is a certifiable crazy person at the helm. His board of standards absolutely agrees with me as well. I will update with the judgement from court.

  We explained multiple times that there is no extension for your business to be filed as the business is included with your individual return. You informed us that you filed your individual return on your own. You were not charged for the preparation of your tax return. We terminated our engagement with you due to your attitude and treatment of our staff being disrespectful. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

  I was using another tax preparer for the last few years but found it impossible to connect with anyone personally to get questions answered. I came across Tax Time through Ramsey Soultions.com and from the beginning, they were always readily available to respond to questions personally. Once I got my information to them they quickly had my returns ready to sign. They were very efficient. I'm really pleased with them.

  I had the pleasure of working with Mike, who was extremely helpful, geniune and professional. I had been searching for help with my taxes, called many places, and Mike was the only one willing to help and had such a positive attitude.
