  Don’t come to this branch. The manager Alisa who is horrible, rude She doesn’t know what she is doing! All she did is to fight with customers and shut them down! This lady must have an anger issue and need to replace ! Before you open your account with this us bank branch, you should think twice ☹️! This branch manager here can’t help you when it comes to the problems! She would blame everything on the back office! I opened my account with the US branch in lake forest. It is 22831 lake forest drive, lake forest, ca. Lake forest is my home US bank. Manager at lake forest home branch must nicer, good customer service. The bad part about US bank is their branches are not connected to each other. Only your home US bank branch ( the branch that you opened your account with…)can be able to help you when it comes to the problem like fraud, scammers! So if you decide to move away from your US home branch, you need to close your US bank account ! Otherwise you can’t be able to get help when it comes to the problem. Only your home US bank branch is willing to help you. Other US bank branches are going to ignore you ! They will treat you like a stranger, you are not their customers! I like chase bank is much better!

  The branch manager at this branch is rude Needs to take some people's skills. I had some problems with my account and customer service always directed me back to the branch manager I talked to her once she was rude and uncooperated. Everyone kept directing me back to her and she wouldn't return my phone calls tried several times very unhappy with this bank

  First of all I love the fact that you have an actual number for me to call and speak with someone in the brach about any questions! You guys totally rock and I am so glad that I am a customer and choose you for all my financial needs!! Wow other banks need to take notes! U.S Bank is the leader in Finacial Banking!!

  The Best Personal Banking Experience in years always consistant, happy friendly helpful tellers and customer service reps. My favorite location Buena Park Hands down. Very personalized and remember your name when you come in that branch. 10+++++++

  The attitude of the people that work at this place is the worst. I didn't realize I had about 2 minutes to close. Just needed to make a car payment. A female walks up to the door as I'm walking up the step and locks the door. Wrong choice of who I financed with. Will be changing that real soon.

  Ive been a member here for over a year..come in all the time This is one of the worst US banks ever!!! Only one atm...no drive thru access Its been broken quite a few times Im disabled They also have problems inside the branch all the time Even thou im a member They give me a very hard time about using my EDD card...everytime i feel like a deadbeat!!.. Im going to file a formal complaint..today was the last straw I was just told to go accross the street to another bank...and i have 3 accounts with US bank..checking savings and credit card

  Best experience ever this bank has the most beautiful ladies at any bank ive ever been to they welcome you as soon as you walk in especially some pretty woman called Yvonne who helped me cash my skylight check for the first time

  Terrible customer service, in a hurry to close with one hour left for the day. Eduardo came up with his own set of rules to refuse service .
