  Extremely friendly and knowledgeable bank employees, from the drive thru teller who help us get an appointment to the lady that helped us open our account . Great service!!!

  Always very friendly but it's like they make their own hours. They are never open on time and it's always because of computer issues or whatever other excuse , I say this because it's literally always something. You would think they would update their systems if they are always crashing. I only use this bank for work deposits and they asked if I personally banked with them. I replied no and took their info to sign up but why would I want to bank with a bank who is always open later then specified , always short on change ( your a bank how? My personal bank is NEVER short on change or bills ) the wait is atleast 30 plus mins Everytime. I've also had issues with being short on the money (they've always called to return it) but how aren't you guys more careful. I know there is alot going on in the world right now and I appreciate the friendly customer service I just think management or something needs to run the bank a little better.

  Closed on Saturdays, seriously pathetic. If I was there workers look for other jobs. They closed the 2 West Carrollton branches thanks to Richard. Total pull out of this region. They lie and say more people are doing banking on line. Funny how there always a line here and the sweet elderly people at the mejers in West Carrollton have no place now. I guess everyone has no jobs and can only go 9 to 5 and no Saturdays. So much for us 545am t 5pm🙄

  Usually have a good experience at this bank. However, Monday before Christmas, I stopped to make a deposit & get money for a few of my Christmas cards. There was a really long wait & they didn't have any $50 bills! What bank doesn't have $50 bills? Only needed 4 of them
