  I have had three mortgage refinancing with the Kentwood company. RIGHT AT THIS TIME, we refinanced at 2.25 APR. THIS rate is the very best rate in our history. As I teach social sciences, and fairly good at companies' professional way of communication, I can guarantee Mark and company is the "best of the best!!" Each time the actual process was very effective. Additionally, We were able to save thousands of dollars because of skipping two months each time we refinanced! With Mark and his great team, I was able to pay off high interest rates on credit cards! The last time we did this in concert with the VA, we received more than $22,000. This is because we received so much money, cash-out

  Todd called asking me if I was interested in a refinance and I told him I may be. He said he would do the numbers and get right back to me. I never filled out a credit application or agreed to one. I was expecting a simple quote with what it would cost me. I know exactly what my credit score is and it's over 800. All he he'd to do was ask.... instead he had a hard credit check done and now I have a reduced credit score over something I never wanted. I will be disputing the inquiry and reporting todd.

  My experiences from beginning to end was so amazing. There were no unnecessary hassles. The representative was very forthcoming with all answers especially bringing up points and matters that we had not even thought of. If there was a question he did not readily have an answer; he found it quickly even if it meant having to be referred to someone else. The convenience of being able to have the closing take place at our home wasreally a big PLUS. The timeline from start to closing was less than the norm. Kudos to Brian Titus and his amazing team at Kentwood Mortgage Company. I definitely will be referring family members and friends as to the genuine quality of your services!

  Kentwood has processed 5 mortgage loans for my wife and me over the past 23 years. Two new mortgages and three ReFi's. They're always have the best rates and, most importantly, they do what they say they're going to do . . . when they say they're going to do it! I would never use anyone else.

  If the option was zero stars I would 100% give that. UNTRADITIONAL yes 100% as in the called me an A$$hole and said we don't care for your attitude. I work for the seller of the property they have been "working" on and nothing has been accomplished yet. I cannot refer lending institutions but I can definitely share my experience with them. Update I am still getting the runaround from this company and they have now involved other companies that could lose money from this lost transaction. Again I cannot refer but I would read all this and think hard on this opinion.
