      The bank manager Britney is super helpful and all the tellers are great to work with. It's always a pleasure seeing these folks at my local US Bank of Bonney Lake, WA branch. Keep up the good work.. :)

      The management in this location is very disrespectful and does not aim to please. In my personal banking I recently decided to seek new options and my interactions with this location have turned me away from ever banking with US Bank in the future. I will be communicating the mistreatment I have experienced with everyone I know and across all of my social media. They spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience and engagement in conversation about their weekend with their coworkers is more important than customers waiting at the counter. I wish there were negative stars to give! Especially Sheri and Laura! Worst I've seen!

      This location really sucks. No answers to questions. People not really interested in helping you. Makes me want to close my business an personal accounts with them. Fortunately for them, I always had good experience at other locations.

      I was a little apprehensive after reading a couple of reviews but when I went in everybody was very friendly. My transaction was taken care of quickly even though it was a difficult one. I will definitely be back to this location.
