  Mary is amazing, going above and beyond to help us. She is very patient and kind and helped us file and understand the process. We went in having been told by the person who normally does our taxes that we would owe thousands, but with her help we were able to get a return. They even have toys and snacks that helped entertain our young daughter during the lengthy process. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone who files taxes. Mary knows her stuff and speaks the IRS lingo which is super helpful, but also knows how to explain it so we can understand. Best experience ever!

  We had the best experience with Melody R. In Bonney Lake. We knew we had to pay taxes, but with her help it was a very smooth and painless process. I recommend her and the team at Liberty Tax in BL anytime!!! These ladies work long hours and spend a lot of time away from their loved ones. Be Kind and grateful for their dedication!!
