  I have been banking with Harborstone Credit Union for over 3 years now. I have always felt protected and comfortable with my finances. Jillian helped me with refinancing my vehicle, and it was smooth and painless. I felt informed and I knew what was going on every step of the way. I would recommend this institution to anyone looking into changing banks or starting a relationship with a new one.

Not only were they efficient and professional, they were flexible, attentive, personable, and made me feel I mattered not only as a customer, but as a person.   We highly recommend Harborstone Credit Union. We have our personal and business accounts with them, as well as auto loans and credit cards. They have wonderful customer service in person and on the phone. The online banking is very user friendly and has exceeded our expectations. Thanks Harborstone family.

  I went to Harborstone to receive an auto loan for my first car, and Victor helped with the process and made it so much easier and provided me with all the information I needed. He was always prompt on answering my phone calls and emails when I had questions or concerns and I was very pleased with my first experience!

  I love a credit union way more than a traditional bank. They DON'T make you pay fees for every little thing or make you jump thru hoops to not to. BECU has no REAL banks around here...none that take cash...inconvenient. The only negative for this place is they change out employees too often for my taste. You get know some of them and the next week they are gone.

  It's ridiculous that you have to go inside to make a deposit larger than $1000. Thankfully I only have to deal with this place once a month.... I would sure as heck never actually bank with such a backwoods establishment.

We do request that transactions over $1,000 in cash be brought into the lobby, not only to ensure that the drive-up maintains a quick pace, but for our members’ protection. As an alternative, you can send in or mail a check or money order or use your institution's Bill Pay service if you have all of the necessary information.
