  Any us bank iv been to without a doubt greets you when you walk through the door even if it's late and you've been sitting in line you still are greeted not once was I greeted when I walked in by a artificial happy Banker and I bank with US what a shame.

  By far the worst bank I’ve been to. The manager put a hold after a check was already cleared without saying a word, I will be closing my account tomorrow when they open and walking across the street to a real bank

  The most unprofessional branch I’ve ever been to. It starts with management and there is clearly none here, the tellers are great even a couple bankers. I am ver surprised this branch is open.

  Rude management but now being respectful of customers because see customers are not the problem the management is and they do charge $7 on checks no matter how much cause they did me like that then tried force me build a profile under business check under $100 I said no I have rights and will report it

  Absolutely THE WORST BANK EVER!! If you're disabled, good luck. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO ONE WILL EVER CALL BACK TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM, INSTEAD JUST CONTINUED CHARGES ON ACCOUNT. WORST BANK. I'M FILING REPORTS WITH SEC, FCC, BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICES

  Just walked put. Treated rudely by manager. I've been doing business here for many many years. They wanted to charge me 7$ to cash checks worth 37$ RIDICULOUS
