  5 stars definitely. Me and my husband work in the movie industry and with our jobs which is kinda freelancing even it goes thru payroll companies, it got tricky. We worked with 20-30 different companies per year. I was not a citizen back in 2018, so my situation was super tricky. I was asking for different quote from 4 different lenders and Tony beat it. I was highly satisfied with CLS. During the property buying/putting out an offer, Tony got all our paper ready to be sent out to the buyer's agent within minutes! We never got late submitting or responding anything because of him. Me and my husband work on Mon-Fri with 12-16 hours per day, sometimes we had to reach out to him after 8-9pm, Tony was on it all the time. Although I am not recommending to reach him out this time. His team was very responsive to our phone calls/emails. They would get back to you less than half an hour. Tony also responds to us on the weekends. Me and my husband feel really bad bugging him on the weekend but it was hard to get everything done during our weekdays since our film jobs are way too hectic to even make a phone call. Recently we just refinanced again and the process was as smooth as it can be due to our working hours. We appreciate and thank for his time and hours that he put on for us. We have asked similar questions too but he always responds back to us patiently. I won't look anywhere else if I need to refinance, specially going to banks, they won't reach you back on the weekends. We are highly satisfied with CLS service, how thorough, patient, fair, responsive they are. Keep up the good work!

  As small business owners, we went through a grueling loan process the last time we purchased a home. This time, we knew we wanted and needed a different experience, so we reached out to CLS Financial. They made the whole process as simple and seamless as possible, and for the most part, was very stress-free! Our realtors also really enjoyed working with the CLS team and had the utmost confidence in them that our loan would fund without issue, and it did. Buying a home can be so extremely stressful, but CLS helped to make it as easy as possible, and we so appreciate it since it allowed us to live our (very busy) lives of running a business and caring for our 3 kids.   WENDEE AND GABY ARE THR BEST!!! We would not own a home if it was not for them. We were on a serious time crunch and Wendee helped fast track every aspect that we had previously had trouble with. They even had a direct line of communication with the underwriter. Wendee and her assistant Gaby are a true treasure to have found. If you ever are going to buy a house, I would have them help you. They are honest, extremely hard working and will not quit on you. They worked on this day and night for us because we were about to lose the house we had worked so very hard to get. All the other lenders made false promises and wasted our time. We had certain conditions that had to be changed and given to the underwriter before our time ran out. She was able to make this happen instantly. The previous lenders I had worked with left me hanging for days and then dropped me all together. That is why I almost lost the home I was trying to buy because I was out of time. Wendee and her team saved the day! And saved my family as well. My wife and I have been looking for a house in Orange County for 4 years now. We want to stay close to our elderly parents and want our daughter to have great schools to attend. None of this would be possible without the dedication and hard work from Wendee. So many things needed to be changed for the underwriter last minute and we were absolutely out of time. So Wendee worked through all hours of the day and night to help us through. She even stayed in constant communication with the underwriter to ensure there was nothing that would delay us or cause any problems. My family and I are forever grateful to you Wendee and Gaby. You have truly changed our lives. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU GUYS AND FEEL LIKE YOU ARE A FAMILY FOREVER TO US. WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU GUYS AND MAKE SURE ANYONE WHO NEEDS A LOAN WILL GO TO YOU! <3

  Wendee and her team are every bit as good as their reviews, if not, better! Their service was friendly; the process was smooth, and the competency level was high. Also, CLS introduced me to the dynamic duo of agents: Andrea Bigler and Sheila Caron. Between the 3 of them, it made my nonstraight forward transaction a breeze. Sheila sold my old house, Andrea found my new one, and Wendee handled financing. What else can you ask for right? I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CLS team to anyone needing mortgage services.
