  Maria Looney and her team have done a great job every time. We purchased our first home in 2007 after the market crash and lenders were making almost impossible for people to qualify. She was able to help us finance our first loan and we refinance with her 2 times already. Sold and bought another property and she worked well with our realtor to make things happen for us. Highly recommend her and she doesn’t get offended when I tell her let me look around for another quote and I always go back to her.

  I've been doing loans through Maria at Elite one for a long time. Maria and her team are the most professional team I have worked with. In the real estate industry there are a lot of bad loan professional who cause nightmare issues for clients. Not Elite one, they have been around for more than 20 years by doing good loans and honest communication. This is one of the few companies I can highly recommend.

  I just finished closing a deal, with the help of Maria and her team my wife and I were able to close quickly and efficiently. Maria always answered my calls or emails and even texts at all hours. She worked hard and actually got me a lower rate than what I was originally told. I’m not even from the area but I would definitely travel just to do business with Maria and her team again. I am 100% satisfied with the service I was given. I would highly recommend them.

  There was an amount charged for which I was notified and the loan officer was not able to help me with this as the loan was closed.

  Do your homework before going to them! They tried screwing my 21 year old son over with a high interest rate, and then offered him to purchase points.
