Matt May3I like this branch, but they could use another teller or 2! There's always lines and those girls are running all over in there trying to keep up! Great minus the wait and it's not the employees fault! It's US Banks!

Jeffrey Haney1Went to the driveup window, since lobby hours are reduced or non existant. Pulled up to the only teller window open at 3 minutes till 5pm. Only one car in front of me and no one behind me. When I pulled up the teller pulled the shade down and clised. Wow yhat is the rudest customer experiemce I have ever had at a bank. Makes me feel like I need to take my business elsewhere!

Jason Joyner1Need to have more people working the drive up if your lobby is gonna be closed. 4 lanes open only two people working drive thru while two others are standing at front counter looking out the window being lobby is closed. Wish my company would switch banks.

Emily1I love US Bank, have banked with them for years and always recommend them to others who are looking for a new bank. This branch however has terrible customer service. I took my brother to open up a military account since he would be leaving for basic training soon (they offer great products to our troops). We got the account opened and asked for a temporary card but the banker (Shay) could not reset the pin for us. She reassured us that we can use the default pin until his debit card came. We got home and tried to set up online banking and couldn’t do so because there was not a valid pin tied to his account. We called and again talked to Shay and was told to come back to the branch. She was still unable to get online banking figured or pin until the branch manager came and fixed it. We thought all was well and asked for checks to be ordered since the first set is free. Two weeks go by and we get debit cards and checks but see that he was charged onto the account. Again, making a trip back to the bank for a THIRD time. We just wanted to verify why the account was charged and if in fact his account was coded as military. The bank Teller was very rude during the entire interaction and advised that there was no one available to give refunds at the time and they would call when it was done. We said we would wait until the banker was available because we wanted to make sure his account was coded correctly and that he was refunded. The banker never came to speak to us and the teller came and told us it was taken care of. She gave no confirmation to showing that the refund was done like a balance or receipt. I understand that mistakes happen, but having to constantly go back to the branch to have issues resolved is annoying and inconvenient. We tried calling but was told to go back to the branch. Do better! Especially since it is bank’s error.
