  Very poor business model, and management. Was told they had a ps5 at their time of closing on a Wednesday. Drove to Des Moines all the way from Albia on Thursday. Arrived at 11:45, fifteen minutes before their posted opening time to make sure I was first customer of the day. Noon rolled around and store was still closed. Waited for 30 minutes and store never opened. Went and got lunch, came back, and store was still closed. Went to Walmart, came back, and store was still closed. Drove back home to albia. Called at noon, their opening time, on Friday and they claimed they never had a ps5 to begin with. Untrustworthy, undedicated to hours of operation, and very very poor management. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The most unprofessional encounter I've had all year!

  I went to purchase my first handgun at A to Z today and it was the best experience I have ever had in a gun shop. The owner is knowledgeable and offers advice on what to purchase. If you are a woman and you have just received your permit to purchase, I would highly recommend coming here to look for your first handgun.

  Called in and was trying to figure out if they give price ranges over the phone since I'm trying to save on gas and see if it's worth the trip. First person I got said they didnt give prices over the phone, I said thanks and hung up. I get a call back from Crystal and she gives me the information I need. Great customer service on her behalf!! If info need to buy or pawn I'll definitely be asking for her.

  I called to see if this location purchased or sold digital cameras. I was told no. The person on the phone became very aggressive with me when I asked if any had been brought in recently. I was calling because items had been stolen from me which the person on the phone figured out. I was then berated about how I can’t call and ask questions like that and accused me of trying to find the persons name and address. He kept referring to Joe Blow whatever that means. I just asked two questions. If they bought cameras and if they bought any recently. I was robbed and this person treated me like I did something wrong for trying to locate my property. I’m not on a man hunt.

  I go to this pawn shop all the time! I have gotten great TVs, jewelry and a purse from there! The staff is so great and helpful! Always so nice! The blonde girl is so amazing and I always appreciate her help! I LOVE THIS PAWN SHOP!

  It appears they knowingly sell stolen goods. Folks like this enable & encourage crime across our community. There are many other pawn shops in town that don't engage in illegal practices. I'd encourage you to visit one of them. Oh, & it's cramped & their prices are not good. Avoid.

  Extremely RUDE! The only reason to stop there is for the $99 PS Vita (+1*) I wouldn't know about pawning there, but as a customer; I'm appalled at the way they treat their customers, if they have any. I decided to give these guys a second chance, bad idea. They refused to do a $100 loan for 8 days on a $1000 Alienware, I even offered a gaming laptop in addition, just to get the loan. I can NOT in good conscience recommend that anyone support this business in any way.

  This USED to be the only pawn shop I did business with. Boy was I glad I went somewhere else, on a whim, instead. They brag that they give the best prices for gold. They don't even give you HALF of it's worth. Because I called the owner out on his giving the most for gold (and proved him wrong), he got personal about it, then a year later told me to never come back again, even after I had bought 4 laptops from him in a year, because I brought back one because the battery was bad in it, and it wouldn't charge. He also fired a man who had been with him for at least 5 years because he changed it out for me. The owner, Ty, is an ASS. Do NOT do business with this man, he will screw you over if he can get away with it.

  Worst person ever. They advertise they pay the highest amount for gold, but can't even give you an estimate like every other gold buyer/seller in town. They want you to "bring it in". Usually that's code for swapping for a fake while they examine it.

  Worst place ever! Tried to sell a tablet and was told they don't by anything but apple and other high names but im staring at a off market tablet they want to sell for $80. Also took a stereo in. Plugged it in, and turned it on and didnt even allow it to do a systems check and tried to force it to read an already messed up CD. He found any excuse he could to not buy anything. Pathetic and rude. Don't waste your time. He didn't even check the value
