  In the past I have had a good experience banking with USBank. I did most of my banking at the Safeway branch in Gig Harbor. The bank employees were great but they all left! Since the Covid 19 situation the banking hours are just horrible. Open at 11:00am - 4:00 pm!! For working people that leaves the weekend or the drive thru at the main Bank in Gig Harbor. That is even worse. Waited in line today for half an hour and gave up. - thanks to another disgusted customer behind me who backed out I was able to do the same. Very poor customer care!!!

  Jaime Anderson was amazing to work with. She was so patient and persistent to get a pretty complicated legal/business setup completed. There is a great chemistry among the staff and it was truly a pleasure to go in each time. Thank you for your excellent service.

  This is the first US Bank were I found the employees unhelpful. Before I explained what I needed they were already saying no (to a routine problem that other banks have helped me with before).

  Not open on Saturdays like literally 90% of all other banks are open for at least 4 hours on Saturday? Very dissapointing, as most people work Monday-Friday until you close those days.

  You guys are super nice, but you have to figure out the drive through situation. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to make a simple deposit.
