We had some very odd circumstances regarding our purchase but he was still able to get us our loan documents 2 days before we closed, which is very rare nowadays, and we were able to close on time.   Geoff is fantastic. He's got a great sense of humor and very professional. He's very quick to answer questions and help where he can. I've heard about buying a house can be super stressful but Geoff made it very easy and smooth. He's very efficient in his work and patient to explain answers to questions.   Wish I could leave 6 stars out of 5! From A to Z and beyond, Geoff Nelson was a rockstar and I can’t imagine going through this process without him (especially for the first time). Geoff offers his expertise willingly at every twist and turn, and was available day and night to answer questions, settle fears, and occasionally hold my hand through what sometimes felt like a daunting process.   Geoff and the Evergreen team were awesome. I had a really great homebuying experience and they made the process easy for me. Communication between all parties to include realtor was outstanding. Time Frame for closing was within expectation. I would highly recommend!

  Geoff is awesome! He was extremely easy to get ahold of, so patient and polite and knowledgeable. We bought our home back in January while I still lived on the east coast and he was super helpful in working around the time change and every other obstacle. And even recently, when I was considering a refinance he helped me weigh my options even though he certainly did not need to. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a loan officer in Puget Sound
