  As first-time home buyers, it was incredibly overwhelming for myself and my spouse to enter into the process. We needed to buy a house on a very short notice and needed someone very knowledgeable to help us through it. I called Northwest Mortgage services and spoke with Jeff, who right away put me at ease with his rapport and demeanor. I explained the situation and the timeline. Immediately, Jeff had me fill out some online forms to get the pre-approval process started and recommended a great real estate agent. Within a couple of days, my pre-approval was ready and I was shopping around for houses. Within a week, we placed an offer on a house and it was accepted. The whole time after that, we had regular communication with Abel. He updated me at every step, answered all my questions and helped me understand the process and what was required of me. Abel made sure we had a very low interest rate and had received the best deal possible on the loan. We closed within a month of offer acceptance. My wife and I were in different cities at the time of closing, and Abel made it work out so that we could both sign in a timely manner. I could not recommend Jeff and Abel more. They are truly professionals at what they do. I am certainly going to use them for any future house purchases/sales.

  We don't know where to BEGIN. Jeff fought for us the whole way! After having to switch companies from not getting responses, and not being happy with a previous team, we found Northwest Mortgage Service on a whim one afternoon and we were beyond happy with our experience here. Treated this veteran family, first time home buyers with complete understanding and kindness. Jeff was quick to respond and patient with all of our newbie questions and assured us the whole way even through some rough patches of our own with some houses in this crazy market! So thankful we found them! Highly recommend to any of our friends, family, and to you reading this!
